Pre-owned. Has a small pick on the left arm and what looks like a paint pen mark on the back. I don't know if a professional seamstress/tailor/drycleaner could secure the pick.
The marks are small. See last 3 pictures.
Otherwise it is in amazing condition.. the lining is like new.
