A nun doll! I believe from the 1960s due to the lower eyelashes being prominent but I’m not sure. It’s made of plastic. The two staples (?) holding down the hood are no longer holding it down. Some wear on the foot and spots on the back of the hood too (not sure about terminology, sorry!)
