Vintage 1950’s Minolta 16 Camera, CHIYODA KOGAKU ,ROKKOR Lens,JAPAN 1957-‘60

This camera is really different from any camera I have seen. It was introduced in 1957 and up until 1960. It has the original box which even in the horrible condition that it is, you’ll be hard pressed to find another…. it is the original box to this camera with a matching body number of 77002 hand written on the box from the factory . The lenses “ No. 1” and “ No. 2” slip into the camera body and line up in front of the shutter. Shutter resets every time you reclose the camera before opening it to snap the next photo. Shutter resets and snaps with precision. I am not a photographer, … info gathered came from pure curiosity. Regardless of its age, it seems to be a precision made camera.
