We're a non-smoking home with cats and a dog. These were only ever washed in Original Tide Powder. No softener or dryer sheets. Nothing has been stripped and I haven't been able to sun anything since I last used these in 2023. There are stains on the white trainers that should come out with sun exposure. (In my experience sunning does wonders! These have been stained previously, along with other undies and cloth diapers we've used, and sunning removes everything as a natural "bleach".)
