Discusses infrastructure goals projected through 1990, confirming the publication era. 22 pages, large format (8.5" x 12"). Recently flattened under gentle pressure — now presents even better. Excellent vintage piece for railway enthusiasts and European transportation collectors.
Very Good. Clean interior, no writing or markings. Glossy cover with minor edge wear consistent with age. 2 creases that break color on the front cover.
Stored here and shipped in a mylar collector's bag, and, of course, with backing cardboard.
