Used for a child who loved to slip away and run in a crowd, helped while shopping and browsing to keep my kid close while still giving some freedom. I didn't need to use alot but gave me security while in bigger crowds.
Chest harness is adjustable (i had a petite kid) and the center clip has a twisting plastic lock with the key attached to the parent end so the child cannot unclip. It DOES not need to be locked to function though. Just if your child can unclip these big plastic ones. Beautiful mint color and in great shape. Matching wrist to wrist version included. My child preferred the chest harness and would actually ask for it.
Perfect for theme park vacations, crowded ballparks, shopping trips or children who are runners.
