I bought this filtered showerhead without asking my parents if I could install it in their house. I opened the box to look for flaws, but the product has never been used. There is a scratch along the outside of the showerhead, but it will be hard to see once it's installed. The last photo shows the flaw...again, this is how it came. I also had a subscription for replacement filters, so I ended up with two extra (there is one included in the initial package, so it comes to three filters total). The showerhead comes with the tape and little tools to install it in the box as well.
