1916-20 Ty Cobb 40 T.C Game-Used professional pro bat (40.0) ounces! Authentic this bat is not a store model! Cobb was known to use 40K and 40 T.C. bats.. and he had his specialized just for himself. The leighth and weight are very important as well as the handle crossed tape/wrap! These are characteristics of a personally used Georgia Peach game bat. The weight of this beautiful specimen is a wooping ""40.0 ounces!"" A hefty weight only The Babe was more famous for handling. These legends used heavier bats to put more power against the ball. Cobb believed that using a bat with heavy swirls in the grain, such as this, would also be beneficial for harder contact.
