I'm guessing that this was a token for use with the Air/Water machines that were common at gas stations. The station attendant could give them to patrons or sell them to patrons depending on the business.
The HH mintmark designates this token as being minted by the HOFFMAN MINT prior to the year 2000.
I'm seeing them on feebay for $5-25, but I'll start it at $4, and you already know that Mercari prices slowly come down. So, you can wait or you can make an offer. I always contemplate offers.
I have hundreds of tokens, and a keyword search for TKxyz1 will show you only my tokens. There is no clutter from the poor Merc algorithm. :-)
