The CAL-NEVA Lodge was a resort and casino straddling the border of California and Nevada in Lake Tahoe.
In 1935, Judy Garland performed here for the first time.
In 1960, it was purchased by Frank Sinatra.
In 2013, it closed for renovations and has never reopened.
This "Premium Token" has the mint mark of the Franklin Mint, Records indicate that they coined 400,000 of these in 1969.
