I have a selection of authenticated ancient Roman bronze coins known as "Widow's Mites" dated to c. 50BC-400AD.

Many late Roman and Byzantine small bronze coins were chopped in halves and quarters to accommodate the needs of the market, and I am selling partial (clipped) Widow's Mites.

Widow's mites are the coins from the Biblical story of the widow who gave her last two coins to a Jewish temple. The coins are made of bronze and date back as far as the time of Jesus of Nazareth.

This is an actual photo of one of my widow’s mites, but you will receive a different widow’s mite also authenticated and in equal or superior condition.

Traveling Man Treasures Curiosity Vault has a number of widow's mites, as well as assorted other ancient Roman coins for sale.
