Both stems are missing bolts. You can order sets for them offline fir cheap though.
I have them zip tied together so the plates won't get lost during shipping or anything.
Primo is aluminum stem with red spray paint in zone areas. But acetone will clean it up without stripping it.
Haro stem came off a 2000s zippo.
