So adorable! These are vintage and the elastic is still great, the trunks are in good shape. I would say the inner liner is a little bit aged (see last pic) and if it were me I would just cut it out because you’ll probably be using a swim diaper or other kind of diaper under there anyways, but I didn’t want to make that decision for the buyer. Could easily go up to 12 months in my opinion, let me know if you want exact measurements I can get them for you!
