Vest with Metallic Embroidery
Quite heavy. Definitely some metal, and glass beads.
This isnt really a vest. Its a sleeveless short top, I think these were popular and worn over dresses in the early 1900s. Obviously you can see there are some damage to the armhole area, especially.
The person who gave it to me, said it was late 1800s but to me the style says more Art Deco. I dont know for sure theres obviously no tags.
Someone thats good with rehabbing clothing can do something amazing with this. I am sure. Its quite a work of art. Maybe it should just be framed.
