This vintage women's size 9 locket snuff box poison pill ring is purity hallmarked 925 sterling silver with a purple oval shape amethyst quartz cabochon gem 9.1 grams precious metal and gem. The ring is artisan crafted with very ornate handmade silversmithing accents with various size sterling pearl beads, tally marks, scrolls, and a functional locking clasp.
