Kaywinnet Lee "Kaylee" Frye is the mechanic for the ship Serenity in the space western TV series Firefly (2002–2003) and the 2005 movie Serenity. Kaylee is known for her chipper attitude, love of engines, and intuitive mechanical skills, despite lacking formal training. She's described as a tomboy who personifies the ship and takes insults to it personally. This costume is a purchased mechanics jumpsuit doctored to be as close to screen as possible. For after she got shot (sorry for spoilers) there is a heart on right hip. There is an asian themed long sleeve shirt underneath. It also comes with a paper parasol painted in 3 color swirl. Wore to several conventions. :) fits sizes 14-16.
