This sale is for a vintage 19” tall collector doll from the Lloyderson Dolls Company Lancaster, PA.
This beautiful doll is one of the Spanish Dancers line dolls.
This highly detailed doll is named “CUSTODIA” and she is a lovely Spanish lady dressed in her regal flowing blue and white lace dress.
Custodia is holding two castanets in her hands as she prepares to dance.
Made of a plastic material she is in really nice shape. Her dress has a metal wire that wuns all the way around to help keep her posed. She is mounted on a small wooden square.
The tag on her is marked “This is an original Lloyderson Doll” “We certify that this doll is one of a 1986-87 Production dolls that belongs to the SPANISH DANCERS line This is Doll 154, CUSTODIA, Date 7/87” with a signature. The tag does have White out used on it but as far as I have been able to research this was common for Lloyderson Dolls to adjust the tags during production. The type set matches the time period of an actual typewriter. Please
