This item is a Steinbach "Black Forest Clockmaker" Nutcracker, specifically model S1511, from their Troll collection. It is a handcrafted nutcracker made in Marienberg/Erzgebirge, Germany by Steinbach Volkskunst GmbH.
This particular nutcracker, from the "Chubby" series, stands approximately 10 inches (about 25 cm) tall and features a thick white mustache, a dark red robe, and a black hat.
It was depicted holding a handmade Black Forest-style cuckoo clock but unfortunately the cuckoo clock broke off which the price reflects. Hopefully someone will be able to repair this collectible piece and save it for Christmas future. See last picture for how nutcracker looked before cuckoo clock broke off.
