This measures about 5 by 3.75 inches. It only has two discs, so the combination is two positions. Turn the dial counterclockwise until it points to the S in "US", then clockwise one-and-a-half star points.
This has scratches on the glass, wear on the number paint, and a little tarnish on the brass. It is missing one brass screw in the brass piece that holds the glass in place (see photo).
