18 covers total with 3 different patterns. Each diaper comes with 2 inserts that snap on. You can use two inserts or one, depending on how much absorbency you want. They are very soft and super high quality. The inserts are cotton/bamboo. I just had 3 kids in 3 years so I stopped cloth diapering and don’t need them anymore! I think a couple of them might have stains but I haven’t tried to get out. Only used them for a month. The fit is 8-35 pounds.
