Battery could use replacing unless you're planning to keep it plugged in all the time. It could use a fan replacement on the left side.
Screen works perfectly, and is touch screen.
Casing is in good shape, some minor scratches around the HP logo because this was my father's and I had to remove a sticker he had on it, but I've cleaned the residue off so it's nice and smooth.
I don't know that he ever used the DVD drive, but I assuming it's fine. If not that's a cheap fix.
