Brand new. These have never been put on or walked in. I paid 60 for these boots. When they arrived I put them away for winter. Now I have gotten them out and only two lights on each boot work. So, I bought another pair. Size 3 girls boots. I pay shipping so price reflects that. But price will also reflect only 66% of the lights on them work. My loss your gain.
