Really nice SPRING wall plaque from Nancy Thomas' Seasons Collection. The birds sitting on top of the frame are welded and in good condition. The picture is mounted on wood, and then framed in metal. The metal frame has neat old handmade looking nails along the sides. On the back someone has tacked on a ribbon for hanging, but the nail and wall hanger are there also. There's a little bit of scratching on the back but no other damage.
