This rose etched uranium glass serving tray is truly a stunner! In addition to sporting an elegant octagonal shape, tray has one of the most detailed etchings seen on uranium glass, one can tell that the flower is a rose, as opposed to the floral etchings from this time period, which are typically very basic and nondescript. And while the ornate detailing of the etching is unique in & of itself, even more impressive is how the detailing makes the tray stand out incredibly when it’s placed under black light. This platter also has a keyhole shaped center handle, allowing for easy & effective handling when cleaning or using it. It’s in excellent vintage condition and has no noticeable chips or cracks.
